For Live Brooch Making, I will arrive before your guests to set up with plenty of time before their arrival.

Guests do not have to pose for their Brooch as I will take my own reference of their clothes, style, hair etc. A guest can show me a photo of a famous person. The event organiser can give me a list of specific people to base the Brooches on beforehand. Or I will create the Brooches based on the first eight people that guests requests to me.

During the event, guests can come over and watch while I create. During a 5 hour event, I can create 12 Brooches. Tissue wrap, gift boxes and ribbon will be used for guests to take Brooches home.

For Live Collage, I will create one large Collage, based on a scene at an event. The size is 80cm wide by 60cm high and is created onto a stretched canvas. The canvas can be boxed at the end of the event, and is owned by the event organiser, the business or the Birthday Girl or Boy.

The same materials are used as for the Brooches: Vintage fabrics, diamanté and faux pearls, pre-loved jewellery, leather, Designer offcuts and hand embroidery. During the event, guests can come over and watch while I create. During a 5 hour event, I can create one large collage that can be tissue wrapped, boxed to be taken at the end of the event.

I facilitate Crafts Masterclasses on a one-to-one basis, or for small select groups.

Currently I am teaching 3D Beading and Crochet Classes.

3D Beading is an exciting craft full of possibilities, especially with the new shapes and colours of sequins and glass beads that are now available. 3D Beading can be used to create brooches, to embellish a piece of clothing, or simply on an embroidery hoop to hang as an artwork. If you have a piece of unworn jewellery or broken necklace, we can incorporate the beads or charms into a 3D Beaded item.

Crochet is a 'trend' that never went away. Slow craft that encourages relaxation and the satisfaction of turning a ball of wool into a handmade item from a coaster to a bag. I can teach Beginners or Advanced Crochet stitches. Have you seen a crochet stitch or item you'd like to conquer? Clients can send me a photo and I can sit with them over 3 hours and teach how to create it. Clients can come to my Home Crafts Studio or somewhere that suits them.

Prices: £65 an hour per person.
